Who this is for

The Sister seeking to better her Daily Habitual Routine

This halaqa is for sisters who want to build lasting habits that bring them closer to Allah ﷻ. Together, we will journey through Atomic Habits by James Clear, exploring its key concepts through an Islamic lens and connecting them to our daily acts of worship. Whether you are striving for consistency in your worship, looking to break unhelpful habits, or seeking positive change in your daily life, this session will offer practical strategies rooted in both proven habit-building principles and Islamic teachings. Join us as we discover how small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful spiritual growth and transform everyday routines into acts of worship.
